If you can’t even parse DEI and demographically-driven hiring quotas it’s hard to take your broader opinions on discrimination in the workplace seriously. That’s like arguing about computers and thinking a hard drive and ram serve the same function because they both involve “memory.” You fundamentally misunderstand these systems.
