It is legitimately a significant thing. At last year’s con, I’m sure I saw at least hundreds of people doing carpet-patterned cosplay.

(There’s one Deadpool/Marriott Carpet/inflatable T-Rex cosplayer who decided to march with the preceding Deadpool group, LOL.)
