As read by ORF on the broadcast right now, McLaren PR has reached out to media with a statement that they did not invite Donald Trump into their garage.

Trump came for an unannounced visit shortly before the start of the Miami GP.

All that means is that toxic money is hitting Mclarens pockets, not a good look.

There was a story a week ago so guy with a suite was trying to hold a Trump fundraiser for like 250k a seat. They put a stop to it but orange idiot must have still gone

Unfortunately not a new pattern in auto racing - tobacco and later crypto sponsorship out in the open. Sketchy shit, and every “attempt” to ban harmful advertising has loopholes that completely circumvents the initiative. See: Mission Winnow (Marlboro) and whatever Sauber’s title sponsor even is.

First off, who cares, second, this is not exclusive to motorsport. All major American sports have teams sponsored by crypto exchanges.
