Tarring and feathering is usually fatal because it causes 3rd degree burns over your entire body that can’t be cleaned. So, I mean, not too bad. Personally I’d recommend tying them up, stacking tires around them and lighting them the fuck up with gasoline. A bullet to the head is too kind.
