Mfer literally quoted Orban. Bruuuuh
No. And i am tired that lemmy is 90% posts about the US while they are less then 30℅ of the user.
This post has 199 upvotes and 18 downvotes, or 91.7% and 8.3% respectively. In other words, people want to see that kind of content, so that seems fair to me. I don’t expect lemmy to care about my local elections, I go to local websites for that. International social media naturally care about things that will affect most of their users.
Even outside the elections, it is far too US-centric. I mean, it is lemmy.world after all.
I’m sorry if I sound more pissed off than I actually am, but it is indeed quite a bit annoying.
Unfortunately, the fate of the world kinda rests on the outcome of this election. From Ukraine and Israel at a minimum, to severe climate change and WW3 at the extreme end. I hate it too, but this is just too big to ignore.
You and me both, but I think it’s up to us to publish content that’s not us-centric.
I didn’t bother.
I already know how it’s going to go no matter who wins. Everyone gets poorer except the wealthy.
Being ignorant doesn’t rlly help, I feel more hopeful after watching the debate tbh.
Well, respectfully, some of us have bills, and there’s nothing worse for my hope in either of these candidates than my grocery, electrical, and medical bills.
This cheeto is COOKED
I am waiting for it to come out in meme format.
