Edit: upon further thought, I think the similarity is mainly the blank clueless looks on the cops’ faces.
Can anyone explain to me why the handcuffs are tied to a chain around his body? It’s obviously to limit his arm movement so he can’t put someone in a e.g. a chokehold, but why are they not just holding his arms in that case? IIRC it’s my first time seeing a chain used for that. Are they so afraid of him?
I was taken to jail for a night and they put those on me. For reckless driving.
