If you guys hate this I’ll delete it but I figure fedi could use more engagement, especially to build up really useful comms like this one. One of my “hobbies” is clicking on weird ads for unidentifiable crap products just to see what the fuck is that supposed to be??? and I wanted to see if other people would also find this fun and maybe get a really useful comm more traffic. Found this one on AliExpress.

Edit: ok I’m gonna have to find something really weird.

Some kind of massage thing or a virtual jump rope? Or maybe… Is this that VR controller that can shift its weight around to give feedback on, like, a ball and chain?

The image doesn’t even look real. It looks like a 3D rendering.

Edit: Just read the rest of the comments. It is a jump rope thing?! Is it meant for VR or something? Why not just use an actual rope unless you can’t swing it over your head? 🤔

I enjoy this premise of questions just for funsies. I feel like the option to reverse image search potentially poses a challenge though

honestly I figured the honor system was the way to go anyway (it’s not like you can prove anybody on c/dailygames isn’t just googling shit or brute forcing the puzzles) but you did get me curious to see if watermarking the image in some way would make a difference and… no. it does not. Honor system it is.
