I wasn’t raised in a loving caring home. So it was incredibly alien to care for my parents as they got older. Helping them get dressed, taking them to appointments. Having tough conversations with them about their end-of-life wishes.

Dealing with incompetents and sociopaths working in big corporations and trying to keep sane.
Mail. I let it pile up and then find out that something important needed to be acted upon and I either missed cashing a check from a class action suit (hence out the money) or needed to pay for something that wasn’t automated. I missed jury duty that way once.
Seriously, if it can’t be delivered to my devices, it doesn’t exist in my head.
