I used The Woks Of Life! They have a steamed version too but I prefer baked texture.

I think these are buns, as per the title, just baked. Do dim sum restaurants do baked buns? I thought it’s either steamed buns or pastry puffs, which are “sou”, vs buns (“bao”).

Every dim sum restaurant I have been to also serves baked items. The ones that do cart service have a dedicated baked goods cart with other items like egg custard tarts and sesame balls.
