I’ve been bought a nice wallet which has an airtag slot on the front of it. I use android and therefore don’t want to put an airtag in to the slot, but also don’t want to leave it empty.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what to put in there instead. Googling is pretty useless as I keep just getting reviews for other AirTag wallets.

A half dollar coin. A condom.

It’s just finding one the right size I’m struggling with.

Had a few ideas for ya:

2 coins

A fake AirTag

A couple pieces of chiclets gum

Coiled wire or string

Fresh air (or a fart), in a tiny ziploc bag

A tiny hair doll

Two very tiny hair dolls

Let me know if you need any more!

Thanks! I like the idea of a couple of coins, but aren’t AirTags bigger in circumference than a coin?

There are a lot of coins out there. Just travel the world until you find the one that fits.

There may be challenge coins out there that relate to your favorite causes or hobbies that could be fun to slot in, just do a search for “<> challenge coin” and see if anything tickles your fancy

Are they wider than Danish 5dkk coins? They have a fairly nice design and a hole in the middle.

What about an Android alternative? I don’t use any, so can’t recommend, but I’m sure one of them will be a knockoff of a similar size.

I like this idea, finding one the right size is my only issue. most appear to be a different shape and the Chipolo is 6 cm wider.

and google is releasing their own find-my-device alternative very soon (currently waiting for apple), so you could put something like a Chipolo tag in there, once they are released (they have bluetooth onces, but they don’t use the new network)
