Same here it’s just good to be back using sync.
After playing it on PC for years modding the ever loving Dickens out of it. I have recently bought a switch and started playing it outside in hikes and in hammocks and whatnot. It’s very relaxing and just fits super good on the switch. The dates graphics don’t bother me so much on the switch and the anniversary edition adds enough new stuff it’s been keeping me pretty entertained.
Wow the lead had a beautiful voice along with everyone else!
I like jp.
Ultimately the killing of sync brought me. But reddit just isn’t what it used to be. Every gaming sub is just a bunch of cry babies complaining about the game that used to be good but isn’t. Every post is just someone else reposting the same popular phrase or meme. It just over all sucks. I’ve actually tried using the app and the site it just doesn’t work well. It doesn’t even show content from all of my subs like sync used to. Now I’m using sync on lemmy and its passable. I actually kind of like the smaller user base. Less hive mind bull shit.
I’m very much enjoying it. The longer you play the more things open up to you. The story is probably the most interesting story I’ve ever played in a Bethesda game. It is absolutely overwhelming for the first 50 hours or so. But the longer you play the more it opens up the more you learn. And on top of all of that the mods. My God the mods for this game are going to be amazing.
The animals are definitely pretty impressive. I wasn’t expecting much in that department but they did a great job. I’ve seen the AI do a lot more than I was expecting. Once I saw a heard if passive creatures swarm a predator and kill it then all of them started celebrating their kill. Lol
I haven’t gotten it set up yet. But I thought it would be worth it to set up a fabricator to make components to sell. The components sell for a decent amount and if you can a couple out posts gathering materials and making components I bet you could make a ton of money pretty quickly.
