Ultimately they’re going to be chasing the dollar. No matter how much some of us love small phones, they just don’t sell that well. Better for Asus to survive and change the recipe than die on that (small) hill.

TL;DR - You have to install a malicious app that pretends to be something else, then the app will try trick you into installing another APK (to which you have to specifically agree), and then your phone gets malware.
I mean, I’m not saying it’s pointless, because even of it’s to send a message, sanctions are worth it. Sanctions are also clearly destroying the rubble. It’s a huge blow to Russia.
