I come across this a fair bit. What it seems to be, is a complete lack of critical thinking.

Once an end user hits any type of wall, they just freak out and ask the helpdesk.

You can really tell who uses technology, and who grew up with technology. There does seem to be a broadening gap.

With all of the cooler revisions they did on the full size it really seems like they can scale it down quite a bit. Maybe not quite PS4 pro size, but certainly more manageable than the current model.

Forgot to mention, this one is a 1970. So it’s got a little more fat to it.

Fun fact, pre-malaise era cars were massively underrated on power. Some manufacturers (on these semi race spec cars) quoted half the power they actually made just so they’d be able to sell for stock car homologation.

This is about the response that can be expected unfortunately. Lots of dealers don’t even like touching accessories from the manufacturer. They just want easy stuff.

Just to be clear, this one is not my photo. It’s a stock one I swiped off bring a trailer since this one was so clean.

Yearly on my mustang. Never put more than 5k miles a year on it. Gti gets it every 10k, or yearly. Might drop the interval now that it’s mostly city driving.

I guess the only real argument is that “acting in their own self interest” is quite selfish and moderately evil. So I guess it comes down to the context of the selfishness that’s being exhibited. I feel like there is much more room for interpretation there.
