I just finished a book called How to keep house while drowning by KC Davis. Itβs written for people with ADHD, autism, ptsd, handicapped, etc. anyone with challenges to getting things done, and this is one of the big themes in it, basically how to be kind to yourself. But there are lots of angles and tips and topics in there. Even witten in short, easy to read chapters. Should check it out.
