What’s that in your fridge??
Does BabyBell and Cheese String count?
I have a pack of vegan babybel in the fridge.

According to my non-dairy-allergic friend, they taste pretty much the same as the cow juice version.
Ingredients from their website. Water, modified starch 25%, coconut oil 18%, tricalcium citrates (a calcium supplement), salt, natural flavouring, acidity regulator: citric acid, colour: natural beta carotene, vitamin B12.
Just Extra Mature Cheddar and some Parmigiano Regiano at the moment - and that is fairly typical except for high days and holidays. I might occasionally have some Cambozola or Brie and maybe some Emmental or Gruyere - and maybe the cheddar will be Green Thunder, or maybe not cheddar at all but Lincolnshire Poacher, but I seldom have more than that except for when I am on holiday or for Samhain or the solstice etc.
How many cheeses are too many?
I’ve currently got a little bit of Wensleydale to finish off, some Somerset Brie to stoke French outrage, a sprinkling of Parmigiano Regiano.
Then some sandwich cheese like Gouda & Cheddar along with some emergency cheese slices & triangles.
Is 7 cheeses average, or am a cheese outlier?
Some Cheddar and Red Leicester. The Red Leicester from Aldi is surprisingly good! It has more of a tang to it than other variants I’ve tried - like a cross between a mild stilton and the creaminess of double Gloucester.
Just some regular cheddar, a thing of Asda own brand “hard cheese” (tell me you’re vegetarian without telling me you’re vegetarian) and possibly some bit of mozzarella somewhere.
Having a cheese pizza tonight if that counts?
