BRICS is a pretty big removed in the armor. The next few years as they establish themselves is going to be interesting

Also Canada which went from a serious up and comer to a backwater laughing stock

There’s so many businesses that shouldn’t run on a just in time basis. I can’t believe anyone thought that was a good idea for a military force.

There’s some weird disinformation going on. Hexbear is leftist for sure, but my short time there I’ve yet to see any of the rhetoric that people claim is everywhere there.

Oooo this ones surface level interesting from a ‘flush out the anti-semites’ point of view. In ww2 my country turned away Jewish refugees and sent them back to the gas chambers. That was 100% a war crime in my mind. My country also accepted a bunch of Nazi refugees afterwards. During this conflict, my country hasn’t accepted any amount of Palestinian refugees. It seems that my government hasn’t learned about morality yet. I would want Israelis coming here to go through some kind of deprogramming. I’ve seen so much about how their society has warped how the average Israeli thinks. It’s so sad, but I also don’t want that hate here.

Nuclear war is, hot take in-coming, bad. Is nuclear war more likely under Trump or biden? I’d argue biden. Trumps likely to acquiesce to anything Putin wants. Biden will probably escalate given the chance. He’s already escalated US involvement in the last couple months

People are shitting on Russia for having simpler tech. That simpler tech is better for a conscript army. Once the pros are gone what’s that amazing tech worth? Also, look at the ‘turtle’ tank that people were laughing at a few months ago, and now the Americans have a version too

I’m pretty far from a lib, but I feel it’s a validish argument. Russia has bombed civilian targets. It would be hard to do responsibly. Not impossible though. Hard doesn’t mean they shouldn’t.

Definitely a reasonable point to start negotiations. The Russians barely hold anything in Kherson, but you don’t start where you want. Otherwise, you don’t have any leeway in negotiations.
