I agree but only if your team is in the same office. Nowadays people are working with teams based around the world and if your entire team is working remotely then there’s not much point to being in the office.

For the laptop, you can use an HDMI capture card and OBS to use it as a second monitor. Keep in mind though that it’ll only support the resolutions that the card supports so depending on the card you may be limited to only 4k or 1080p resolutions.

For iOS, there’s spotc++ but you’d need to know how to sideload

It’s crazy to think that Logitech still doesn’t sell any USB C dongle for their mice even though there’s such a high demand.

Samsung Galaxy Fold probably has an even better experience because of the two screens and portable form-factor. But nothing beats playing on an original 3DS.
